We are here every day, Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Some tips to help serve you better:

  1. Please give us a call to schedule an appointment for a time that works best for you.
  2. All you need to bring with you is a Photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, work ID, club membership, etc.) AND a recent piece of mail with your name and current address.

What to Expect during Your Visit

We offer two types of service, depending on the day of the week.

Please call to schedule an appointment at least two days ahead. 

  

  • Inside Choice Pantry Shopping: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays and Friday mornings

  

  • Curbside Pre-packed Food & Hygiene: Any day of the week (Monday-Friday) with a focus on Friday afternoons which are exclusively reserved for curbside

  

What you can expect when you visit our Center:

  

  • Greeting from a staff member or volunteer. We will ask about your household makeup but do not need to see proof of income or family members, per Ohio law. We need to see a photo ID at every visit and a recent piece of mail at your first visit, and subsequently, once a year in July.

  

  • Choice lists to select the following:
    • Frozen chicken and/or ground beef
    • Fresh Food:
      • Fresh Produce
      • Dairy (milk, eggs & butter)
    • Personal hygiene
    • Diapers

  

  • Shopping in the pantry:
    • A 7-day supply of these non-perishable items:
      • Proteins
      • Combination Foods (e.g. soup, canned ravioli)
      • Fruits
      • Vegetables
      • Grains
      • Snacks/Sweets
      • Baby Formula & Food
      • Fresh Bread & Bakery

More than Food!  (when available)

  • Diapers & Wipes
  • Feminine Hygiene and Bladder Protection  
  • Pet Food
  • Seasonal Support 
    • Fresh garden vegtables (from local farmers/gardeners
    • Extra food for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter
    • Easter Baskets  
  • Birthday Bags
    • Area organizations often donate birthday bags for children 0-11 that include cake mix, frosting, candles, party plates and napkins
