We are here every day, Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Some tips to help serve you better:

  1. Please give us a call to schedule an appointment for a time that works best for you.
  2. All you need to bring with you is a Photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, work ID, club membership, etc.) AND a recent piece of mail with your name and current address.

What to Expect during Your Visit

What you can expect when you visit our Center:

We are operating under modified operations during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to ensure the safety of all. Clients are served curbside with prepacked food and hygiene. 

  

  • Greeting from a staff member or volunteer in the parking lot. We will ask about your household makeup but do not need to see proof of income or family members, per Ohio law.
  • Prepacked food bags with the following:
    • Frozen chicken and/or beef
    • Fresh Food:
      • Fresh Produce
      • Dairy such as eggs and butter or margarine
      • Fresh Bread & Bakery
      • Baby Formula & Food (upon request)
    • A 7-day supply of these non-perishable items:
      • Proteins
      • Combination Foods (e.g. soup, canned ravioli)
      • Fruits
      • Vegetables
      • Grains
      • Snacks/Sweets

More than Food! You will also receive (based on supply):

  

  • Personal Hygiene
  • Diapers & Wipes
  • Feminine Hygiene
  • Pet Food
  • Clothing Boutique - CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
  • Seasonal Support  (based on ID proof of family members)
    • Back-to-School Fest
    • Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter Holiday Dinners
    • Christmas Gift Shopping (for children 18 and under)
      • Sign up begins in October and ends in November
      • You must be a regular food client to participate
