You are always welcome to come visit our Center, talk to a staff member, and take a tour. You can call us anytime we are open at 330-467-7945.

THANK  YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!

We would not be able to help our neighbors in need without you!

Donate

We depend entirely on donations from the community! Monetary donations in any amount are always welcome. You can donate via PayPal on the Donate page of this website or send a check payable to 'TEAC' to 9199 Olde 8 Rd, Ste C, Northfield, OH 44067.

For non-monetary donations
Individuals can help by donating:
  • unexpired, non-perishable food
  • unopened hygiene items (personal care & cleaning products)
  • clean, in-season clothing and accessories for the entire family
  • feminine hygiene products
  • baby diapers and wipes.
Churches, schools, businesses, civic organizations and social groups can help by holding a donation drive for food or hygiene items.

Every October, we kick off a toy and gift card drive for our Christmas Lane program. The program benefits our clients' children who are 0 to 18 years old. We ask that the toys be new, in-package, and unwrapped. In October we create a flyer and an Amazon Wish List with gift ideas and publish it on our Facebook page @teacenter and this website.

Please call us at 330-467-7945 or email info@teacenter.org if you would like to host a drive. We would love to help you explore ideas on how you can help your neighbors in need. We can also provide flyers and bins for your collection.

See FAQs below for details on donations we do and do not accept.

Volunteer

Volunteers are the lifeblood of The Emergency Assistance Center! We could not accomplish what we do without the help of our incredibly devoted volunteer staff.

If you would like to volunteer or schedule a volunteer opportunity for your business or group, please contact us at 330-467-7945.

To volunteer at our Center and events, you must be 16 years of age and complete a Volunteer Application and Civil Rights Form. You can download the forms and bring them to the Center or fill them out when you are here.

If you have children under 16 who want to help those in need, we can share some of the fun and creative ways that younger children have collected items for TEAC. Here are some examples:
  • Captain Underpants superhero new sock & underwear drive
  • Ask birthday guests to donate non-perishable food in lieu of gifts
  • Have a lemonade stand and donate the proceeds
  • Neighborhood red wagon non-perishable food collection

THANK YOU!!

We would not be able to help your neighbors in need without your generous support!
